2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. You must present a valid QR code or ticket confirmation at the venue for entry.

• Tickets are valid for the number of days specified at the time of purchase.
• Each ticket allows one entry per person.
• Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.

3. Reservations

Time slot reservations are optional but recommended during peak periods. Reservations help ensure entry at your preferred time but do not guarantee immediate access during high-traffic periods.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• No refunds for unused tickets after the validity period expires.
• Refunds for event cancellations will be processed automatically.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell tickets for profit without authorization.
• Use false information when purchasing tickets.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls.
• Duplicate, copy, or forge tickets or QR codes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket(s) in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Tallship or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
